If you’re local, you’re welcome to collect from our showroom by arrangement. Just choose collection at checkout or get in touch to book a time.

All new NTB-branded products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

For all online orders, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind.If something arrives damaged or faulty, let us know and we’ll sort it quickly.
