- manual payment link
- invoice (bank transfer)
- in-person sale (cash or card)
2.3 Sales made in person at our showroom are subject to different statutory rights than distance sales. These distinctions are set out clearly below.
2.4 Trade, wholesale, and commercial customers are excluded from these Terms and operate under separate terms and conditions.
3. Contract Formation
3.1 A contract is formed only when:
- we have accepted your order; and
- full payment has been received and cleared (unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing). This is inclusive of third party credit agreements (Klarna/PayPal).
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order at our discretion at any time prior to dispatch or collection, including (without limitation) where:
- a pricing or listing error has occurred
- goods are unavailable
- we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or error
3.3 Where an order is cancelled, all sums paid will be refunded in full.
4. Products, Descriptions and Availability
4.1 We sell new NTB-branded products, accessories, safety equipment, ex-demo items, and pre-loved (used) goods.
4.2 Product descriptions, images, specifications, and measurements are provided for guidance only. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free or complete.
4.3 Stock availability is subject to change and may not always be reflected in real time.
5. Pricing, VAT and Errors
5.1 All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
5.2 In the event of a pricing, typographical, or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order prior to dispatch and issue a full refund.
5.3 We may choose to honour an incorrect price at our discretion; however, this does not create any obligation or precedent.

6.1 We accept payment via:
- online card payments
- Klarna & PayaPal
- bank transfer (on request via invoice)
- cash or card payments in-store
6.2 Deposits may be accepted at our discretion to reserve goods or place special orders. Deposit terms will be confirmed at the time of payment.

Customer Availability and Access
7.5 You are responsible for ensuring availability to receive your delivery. You will be notified in advance of delivery where possible.
7.6 You must notify us at the time of order of any special delivery requirements. While we may attempt to accommodate requests such as set delivery days, these are not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Safe Place Deliveries – Critical Risk Allocation
7.7 Where you nominate, authorise, or otherwise consent to delivery being made to a safe place, unattended location, third party, or unsecured area, delivery shall be deemed completed once the goods are left at that location.
7.8 Risk in the goods passes immediately to you at that point.
7.9 NTB Outdoors Ltd and any delivery agent accept no liability for:
- loss or theft
- weather exposure
- damage occurring after delivery
- interference by third parties
7.10 You accept full responsibility for:

- ensuring the location is clear, safe, and appropriate
7.11 Any damage to property caused as a result of inadequate access, insufficient space, or unsuitable delivery conditions is your sole responsibility.
Failed Delivery and Redelivery Costs
7.12 Where delivery fails due to your unavailability, incorrect details, or lack of access, you will be responsible for any redelivery, storage, or additional delivery costs incurred.
7.13 If a delivery driver attempts to contact you and proceeds with delivery in your absence, responsibility for the goods rests entirely with you.
Damage or Missing Items
7.14 You must notify us of any delivery damage or missing items within 36 hours of delivery. Evidence may be required.
7.15 Damage caused by couriers to property is the responsibility of the courier. Damage to goods will be handled by NTB Outdoors Ltd.
8. Distance Selling and Cooling-Off Rights
8.1 For distance sales (website, phone, or social media correspondence), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
8.2 You must notify us of your intention to cancel before returning the goods.
8.3 You then have a further 14 days to return the item.
8.4 Return shipping costs are payable by the customer unless the goods are faulty or damaged.

10. Faulty Goods and Consumer Rights
10.1 Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
10.2 Where goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable law.
