At NTB Outdoors, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply and aim to make our warranty and returns process clear, fair and straightforward.
All new NTB-branded products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. In the unlikely event that something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to assess the issue and find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
If you change your mind about an online purchase, unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with UK consumer regulations. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
For pre-loved and ex-demo products, any condition details are clearly outlined before purchase so you know exactly what to expect.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
