What warranty do your products include?

All new NTB-branded products include a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults. Warranty terms may vary for third-party brands and will follow the manufacturer’s policy.

What is your returns policy?

For online orders, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Are pre-loved or ex-demo items covered?

Pre-loved and ex-demo products are sold as described. Any condition details are clearly stated before purchase.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with details and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and advise on the next steps.
