At NTB, Nathan and the team deliver all Kayaks, Canoes and SUPS personally in house using our own vans and trailers. Only when we have a high volume of orders and we need assistance from external services, we call in our partners. Because of this we can always offer the same honest, reliable and affordable service we consistently strive for.
How long will it take?
Our standard UK Mainland shipping is 4-7 days. For a quicker turnaround, select our express shipping option at checkout for delivery in 1-3 days. We are constantly planning our routes and filling the vans in the most logistical way to warrant our unbeatable prices. Need something urgently or delivered on a certain day? Please phone us and we will always try our best to find a solution that works for you.

Delivery FAQ's
Standard delivery is typically 4–7 working days. Express delivery is available at checkout and usually arrives within 1–3 working days. All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
We offer delivery via third-party couriers, NTB in-house delivery, and customer collection from our showroom. Available options and charges are confirmed at checkout.
If you have special delivery requirements, please let us know at the time of ordering. While we’ll always try to accommodate requests, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Yes, you are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of delivery.
If you authorise delivery to a safe place, unattended location or third party, delivery is considered complete once the goods are left there. Responsibility for the goods transfers to you at that point.
Damage to goods in transit will be handled by NTB Outdoors. Damage to property caused by a courier is the responsibility of the courier.
Please notify us within 36 hours of delivery if any items are damaged or missing. Evidence may be required so we can resolve the issue quickly.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details, lack of access or unavailability, you may be responsible for any redelivery or additional costs incurred.
